We’ll get paint all over us. We’ll probably dance. We’ll definitely say bad words.
KEEPING IT REAL AND SLINGING PAINT ON THE REGULAR
Being born and raised in South Louisiana, my roots run deep in gumbo and shenanigans. These days, I call Austin, Texas ‘home’. About 18 years ago, I got a wild hair to grab a paintbrush and well, it’s been a crazy ride ever since. I paint mostly in abstract expressionism, which is just a fancy way to say I use paint to communicate what I may not have words for… which is a little shocking cuz I can be pretty mouthy.
I love to teach others my methods of rebellious painting (and living) and I hold nothing back. (Although I should probably filter more). Years ago, a practice of meditation, journaling and art led me back to my truest self and purpose. Now, I’m setting big goals and chasing wild dreams, in and out of the studio. While I work my butt off getting to do what I love, I never lose sight that kitchen dancing and nekid streaking (in the dark) make life worth living.

My 2020 and 2021 workshops were a bust thanks to the ‘Rona, but that won’t stop us from going hard in 2022! My workshops are known for being honest, fun, and ever-so-slightly messy. While I do lots of demonstrations, I don’t teach you to paint like me...I teach you how to paint like YOU! You’ll push through the creative process to find your own voice in your art. Don’t be surprised if you find your wild.
