Evolving as an Artist with Warwick Saint

Welcome back to the Honest Art Podcast. Whether it’s your first time listening in, or your 50th, you’re in for a huge treat! Today, I’m joined by the incredible Warwick Saint. 

Y’all, seriously, no introduction I could offer would do him justice. This man is a BFD and what I would consider the epitome of an artist. 

From photography to painting to mixed media, Warwick has been globally recognized for his mastery and control of light. He’s worked with brands like Nike, Diesel, and Puma. He’s photographed icons like Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys, and JLo. Like I said… a BFD! 

But he didn’t start out where he is today. In this episode, we take a look at his journey from his early days of art, what it means to evolve as an artist, and how to find your unique voice. 

How artistic evolution leads to your most honest art

Warwick is most famously known for his photography. But in 2018, he started incorporating his talent and passion for the camera onto the canvas. Now, he combines the two to create a distinct yet stunning style. 

And guess what? It wouldn’t have happened that way if he hadn’t leaned into the change he was experiencing with his work. He wouldn’t be creating the honest art he is today without accepting (and running with) his evolution as an artist.
