Sex & Creativity 

Ever seen the movie Ghost? If you have, then you probably already know what scene I’m about to bring up. If not…let me fill you in. 

It’s that famous scene where Demi Moore is sitting at her pottery wheel, light shining on her hands as she transforms the pottery into different shapes. Doesn’t sound like much, but the way it’s set up is meant to be very sensual. 

Enter: Patrick Swayze’s character. He comes up behind her, and they work the pottery together. 

Again: Very sensual. So, one thing leads to another. Or I guess you could say…one thing feeds into the other. You know what I mean. 

But what does any of this have to do with honest art? 

Because it illustrates exactly what I’m bringing up on the show — can sex and creativity work hand in hand to enhance one another? Let’s find out. 

The correlation between sex and creativity

This episode is a fun one! I’ve had the hunch for a while that the two work together in a mutually beneficial way. And through my scientific research, I found out…I was right! So I’m sharing what I’ve learned with you in this episode.
