Dawn Barton’s outlook on life: Age DOESN’T define you

For many of us, we feel like life stops when we’re “middle-aged.” We think the fun times and feats are behind us, and what we have to look forward to is a life of monotony — one that’s void of color. 

“A closet full of clothes that look like they belong to Morticia Adams” as Dawn puts it. We feel stuck. 

But you and I know that’s just not true! So in this episode, not only are we going to give you the rundown of Dawn’s new book, but we’ll also talk about: 

• Feeling forgotten in your midlife
• Turning 45+ and why it’s NOT the end of the road
