KEEPING IT REAL AND SLINGING PAINT ON THE REGULAR

At the age of 35, I got a wild hair to grab a paintbrush — and I’ve been painting ever since. At the age of 50, I went through a major life event that shook me to my core and decided getting a “real job” sounded like a terrible idea. Instead, I leaned into my art biz more than ever to help me build a whole new life.

And you know what? I’m just getting started.

For over 20 years, I’ve sold hundreds of my own paintings, have become a 7-figure artist, spoken about creativity and the artistic process at dozens of conferences, and hosted a dozen of my own workshops. I love to teach others my methods of rebellious painting (and living) and I hold nothing back. 

Today, I teach artists just like you how to make HONEST ART — art that comes from the inside and expresses YOUR voice. I show you how to leave it all on the canvas (or your preferred medium) and to trust yourself and your skills. I’m also here to declare that the starving artist cliché is B.S. and to show artists just what’s possible when we apply tried ‘n true business practices to our art business.
